I've done some research and got with all my managers so Im here to give the other side of this and not to be an a$$hole in any way shape or form. First and foremost I found that the vehicle was purchased back in July and brought back a week later with this problem it was then looked at and I believed some weather stripping was replaced. Im guessing on this day the shouting match between your bf and our gm took place this is when the Fword started being tossed around, mess you even stated that you wanted to punch him he actually felt threatend and said if you kept up the hostilities they would call the cops and have you removed from the premises since you were not officially the purchaser of the vehicle none of this went down so my guess would be everything was defused. Since this you actually brought the car in a few times for other service and never mentioned the window issue this would lead us to believe there was no longer a problem until I read this yesterday. Im real with everything I do so I addressed this with my owner and gm, we did some digging got some info from service then he actually called you with me sitting in front of him and offered to try to address this problem for you because we are directly linked to this club. You two talked for a few minutes and for a minute or so I thought everything was gonna be resolved...I get a call and have to leave for a minute...I go back to the office and he's telling me you hung up in his face refusing to be helped. This is as far as I can go with this if you refuse to be helped I guess we can't help you, again Im posting this not to be ignorant but to let all the facts be known and that I took this straight to the top for you and you refused our offer to try to resolve this...So clubstlscion Ackerman Scion is still here and in full effect with the volume of people we sell these cars to its hard to please everyone but we try and Im guessing we do a pretty good job at it and thats why were #1 in St.Louis for Scion for 2 years in a row.

...i just wanted to give my suggestion on the "jerky" shifting you have...how many miles are on your car? Did it do that when you first got the car? My car used to be very jerky on shifts after I put about 15k miles on it, but when I got my tranny fluid replaced 2 weeks ago, its very smooth now. Hope this helps!

I just want to say, he (the guy that called me) verified the date on the phone, I brought my car back over a month later due to me traveling and not being able to bring it back right away.

2nd - like I said, that guy that called me actually TOLD me the date Aug 25th. I bought my car July 19th, I didn't actually get it thanks to custom stuff I purchased that needed to be added (by ackermans) until around the 1st I suppose.

3rd - I have been back ONLY because I had my first 3 oil changes free. At which point on the first it was pointed out that I had a nail in my tire. The second oil change I somehow managed to have another nail in my tire, they fixed it.

I hung up on him because he would not stop interrupting me and talking over me. His suggestion was to drive out to Maryland Heights I believe to the guy who installed the leather and they would look at it.

I think I mentioned this, but I work at AB right downtown by the brewery and well, I think everyone is aware of where Maryland Heights is, I'm not just going to jaunt over there on my lunch break.

I feel as though I have done more than enough running around at Ackerman's request.

Thanks for looking into it, but the customer is RIGHT on this one.

Oh and I think I'm going to forfeit my last oil change at Ackerman's too. Unless it's honered at another Toyota dealership...

Well you difinately come across as more level headed than your general manager. And that helps.

First two points are correct. Brand new car we paid over 20,000$ for. Your last, NOT correct. NOTHING was replaced. Your general manager REFUSED to take responsibility for the situation, DENYED that they made a mistake and then blamed the problem on everyone else!

NICE TRY! Another great example of a cop out by your ABYSMAL company. I never once raised my voice, leaned into him or was agressive AT ALL! Wonderful of him to LIE about it though. Typical and PAR FOR THE COURSE for him and your company. He NEVER ONCE said that he'd have me arrested for threating him. He said I'd be removed for TRESPASSING! HAH WHAT A JOKE!

EXACTLY! Ask our salesman if he thought I was totally out of control or unreasonable guy! Your salesman was GREAT! I *LOVED* the guy. And the sales team is the OBVIOUS reason that you guys are number 1 in sales. Not the piss poor management and service that we recived from your company.

EXCELLENT LOGIC THERE! You make it sound like we brought our car in for repair! WHAT A JOKE! We had 2 free oil changes there! Do you think after this experience we would EVER want to deal with your company again or EVER let any more money exchange hands! LAUGHABLE!

WHY WOULD WE LIE? WHY? You think we WANT this drama and run around?! PLEASE! He LIED about replacing the weather stripping. Called US liars saying that WE REFUSED HELP! WHAT A JOKE!

Maybe I missed it? What was the offer? For us to pay money for your screw up? One more time so that it's clear for the entire forum. If you're offering to fix your screwup just come out and say it. Why call us on the phone? Why be shady about it?

It sounds like Jeff did all he could for you guys.  From this point on, this forum will NOT be used for your personal battles.  Take it directly to the source.  This website is a clean, fun enviroment that is frequented by many other clubs and we don't need this on here.  <-- period
